Wir feiern einjähriges Jubiläum der Paper Pairs Wanderausstellung, zu der Ebba Jahn KollegInnen aus Deutschland, Holland und New York einlädt, sich mit abstrakten Papierarbeiten im Format 30 cm x 40 cm zu beteiligen.

In den Arbeiten zu sehen ist eine Vielfalt in Ausdruck, Formen und Farben, gemalt oder gezeichnet mit Aquarell, Acryl und Ölfarben, auch Mischtechniken aus Graphit, Filzstift, Rotwein, Rost und Licht, auf Untergründen wie Bütten, Pappe, Reis- und Fotopapier.
Obwohl abstrakt, finden sich das Meer, Landschaften, Kunstgeschichte, Organisches, Geometrie, Bewegung, Stille und Raum für Gedanken wieder.

2017 In Berlin-Lichtenberg begonnen, folgten mehrere Einladungen aus Nord-Rhein-Westfalen. Nach Berlin geht es weiter zu Werkraum 212 in Bremerhaven vom 21.6. - 7.7., Ateliersozietät & Zeigeraum PROZITRON in Aachen und nach Kopenhagen zum Freedom Improv Musicfestival 27.8.-2.9. in der Koncertkirken

In natural light photographed the structured off-white 300 g/m paper appears with a lighter and a darker side. The details can be seen quite well, although the original color vibrates less dark. This is a print made with only orange and blue on a pane of glass; the outcome is a unique original - if it withstands the test of time it won't get cut.

#34's paper is coated with acrylic paint giving it a gray brushstroke underground, the passepartout is not in a bleached white but natural white. Woven Painintg #34 is mounted in white frame under glass.
